Your 28 Day Plan:

// Week 1 (Days 1-7): Start Small

Week 1 sets you up to win. We start by simply rolling out our mat, and gradually build from there, focusing on creating a deeper connection to your body, your cycles and your energy levels.

// Week 2 (Days 8-14): Build Momentum

In Week 2, we start to build momentum. By now, rolling out your mat each day will feel completely normal, so now we work on building that momentum by adding time on to each class.

// Week 3 (Days 15-21): Build Strength

During Week 3 we really start to build strength in the body, and because we’ve built on the previous two weeks, your body will feel totally ready for it.

// Week 4 (Days 22-28): Build the Habit

In the final week of this plan, you will be automatically in the habit of following the 15//3 Method, you’ll be feeling like you can FINALLY be consistent with your new workout routine, you’ll feel connected to your body, and stronger than ever!
