Hi, I’m Hayley, and this is my story

As a Mum of two in the midst of the chaos and beauty of motherhood, I know firsthand how out of control life can feel when you’re constantly giving to everyone but yourself. 

My Mission?

To help women like you break free from the ‘meh’ zone, reconnect with your true self, and take ownership of your life one small, sustainable habit at a time.

With me, you’ll find a grounded, approachable guide who UNDERSTANDS the unique challenges women face in juggling responsibilities while yearning for a life filled with purpose and energy.

‘Meh’ was my default setting.

Especially after having children, and in 2019, I hit rock bottom when I was diagnosed with postnatal depression and psychosis. For years, I poured everything into everyone else, believing that my worth was tied to how much I could give, or how productive I was. But I realised the hard way that neglecting myself in this way wasn’t sustainable.

That realisation set me on a journey of small, intentional changes—choosing 15 minutes for myself, letting go of negative belief systems, and prioritising what truly mattered to me. It transformed my life.

I built myself back from the ground up. A completely different version of me, with a completely different outlook on life. I designed a life that feels like my own again; balanced, energised and most importantly, sustainable.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

As a qualified Life Coach and Pilates Instructor, I have used my knowledge, personal experience, and my deep passion for supporting women to create programs that are approachable, realistic, and tailored to your life. 

Pilates is my body’s happy place (and yes, it can totally become yours too!)

I’m obsessed with anything that sparks joy—whether it’s a cup of matcha in the morning or a quiet moment to myself.
