This was me after trying to feel better consistently for three years…
But everything changed when I started applying the power of Cycle Syncing.
I stopped listening to rules, and started listening to my own rhythm.
I learned about the four phases of my cycle, started tracking and learning my body inside out. I noticed patterns, physical cues and the emotional side effects of each one.
I started listening to what my body was craving. And sometimes, that meant skipping workouts, eating carbs, and embracing a lifestyle that became devoted to giving my body what it needs.

Session 1: Welcome Ceremony & Goal Setting
Meet your new community! I’ll introduce you to the Wheel of Connection, a tool to identify exactly which areas you need to focus on during the programme. It’s here that we’ll get to dream big, with a guided future self visualisation and time to set intentions with clarity.
Session 2: Group Training // FOCUS
Cycle syncing fully explained. Learn the science behind why you feel the way you do during each phase of your cycle, and how to adapt your movement, nutrition, habits and lifestyle to align with your individual body’s rhythms. Identify symptoms of imbalance, and what to do about it.
Session 3: Q&A Group Coaching
Your first opportunity to get personalised guidance from Hayley. Ask your questions about your cycles, hormone imbalances, workout routines or habits, nothing is off the table here. This is time specifically dedicated to you, and your personal journey through this programme.
Session 4: Group Training // LET GO
Now that you’ve gained clarity on exactly where you’re at and learned about your body’s rhythms, we’re now in a position to start removing obstacles. We’ll look at unhelpful habits and mindsets, and use powerful tools to rewire your thoughts so that you can finally move forward.
Session 5: Q&A Group Coaching
This is your chance to get 1:1 support with anything you feel is holding you back. Whatever came up in our previous training, we’ll use this session for Hayley to give you some individual guidance on how to remove those blockages so you feel clear and confident moving forward.
Session 6: Group Training // OPTIMISE
During this group training session, we’ll be getting practical. Learn the art of habit stacking, wellness practices that actually work specifically for women’s bodies, and how to design your lifestyle around your cycle. This is where we start upgrading your entire life.
Session 7: Q&A Group Coaching
During our previous session, you will have drafted a personalised wellness plan based on your individual life and body. This is your chance to get 1:1 feedback on this, and guidance on what will work for your specific circumstances.
Session 8: Group Training // WHAT’S NEXT & CLOSING CEREMONY
During our final group training, you will learn the tools to ensure your growth during this programme is just the beginning. I’ll teach you how to stick at what you’ve learned, including when life throws you curveballs or you find yourself self-sabotaging.
