6 weeks to learn everything you need to know about Pilates, laying the foundations for a sustainable at-home practice. Learn the correct technique and form so that you can practice with CONFIDENCE from the comfort of your own home.
// Rhythm
Learn the Rhythm of your body. This course takes you through the journey of your cycle. Learn the different phases of your cycle, and get answers as to why you feel the way you do at certain times of the month. Each week there are at least 2 Pilates classes, a recipe to support hormones, and an educational coaching video on that particular phase of the cycle.
// 15//3 Challenge
Your first challenge! 30 days to instil the 15//3 Method into your life as a sustainable habit. It’s 15 minute classes, 3x per week, all offering a different theme, level and energy.
// Pillars of Wellbeing
Do you find yourself craving more balance in your life? This course is for you. Over 4 weeks, we explore concepts like work/play/movement/stillness and so much more, so that you can learn where you sit on these spectrums, and build a more balanced life.
// Summer Sculpt Challenge

Each week, we come together from the comfort of our own homes and I guide you through a 45-minute Pilates Flow class, suitable for all levels.

Absolutely! The Pilates Bundle takes you from a complete beginner to a Pilates pro, guiding you every step of the way. Inside The Pilates Flow membership, there are a range of classes suitable for beginners, and the live classes are suitable for all levels.

If you purchase The Pilates Bundle, you will have access to all 5 courses for 12 whole months. If you choose to join us as a fully fledged member of The Pilates Flow, you will have access for as long as you stay a member.

TPF is hosted on a site called Instabook, so when you join, you will have access to the booking schedule where you can book live classes, the on demand library, and courses and challenges. Upon joining, you will be sent a welcome email giving you a guided tour around the site!
