Core Strengthening
Tuesday 17th September // 7:30pm // LIVE // 15 mins
~ Learn how to engage your core in the correct way, and build strength and tone in your abs.
Lean Lower Body
DAY 3
Wednesday 18th September // 7:30pm // LIVE // 15 mins
~ Tone the muscles of the legs and glutes, learning the proper technique to target specific muscles.

15-minute Classes
Each day, I’ll drop into your inbox with a Zoom link to our LIVE 15 minute Pilates class for that evening.
We’re letting go of the need for a ‘perfect’ workout - babies, toddlers, children are all welcome!
(Can’t make it live? I got you! Replays will be sent the next day)
Build Consistency
This challenge is designed to help you build a routine that feels realistic and achievable for you as a Mum. Each time you show up on your mat, you’re showing up for yourself and your family.

After my own journey through Postnatal Depression & Psychosis in 2019, following the birth of my daughter, I am SO passionate about connecting with fellow Mums like you.
Let’s move together, and let me teach you, through the practice of Pilates, how to completely transform the way you see and treat yourself in motherhood.
